There are also costume design pieces that will turn heads if you travel to festivals and parties - this all can be accessible to our customers for as much as 25% off the total price of the headpiece as a one-off service and a membership price of 100 eur for a month for up to 4 rentals or 200 eur for unlimited rentals.
How It Works
Renting a hat from our brand is easy and convenient. At the moment our rental service is available for EU and the UK. Simply visit our website rental section and check available accessories.
- Choose the ones that you like and add to the cart.
- Choose the shipping option (we ship with DHL and the rental shipping is free in the EU and to the UK but please consider the shipping times). If you need expedited shipping, please pay for it via the website at a check out. The return label will be supplied to you per email so you dont have to pay for it.
- We will send you an image of the item that will be sent to you and state any imperfections in case there are any (just like in car rentals:)
- You are expected to buy the headpiece via the check out because the full sum is the security deposit, which will be returned to you after the headpiece is back with us. 25% of the rental charge will stay with us and the rest will be returned to you as a refund upon the arrival and inspection of the item.
- Please state in the message box that it is RENTAL to make sure as the same product can be up for sale.
- If the item arrives broken and needs mending, we will review the situation and if mending requires a financial investment from our side, we will have to keep this sum from your security deposit. Please note we will not charge for labour but only the components etc that might need to be replaced.
- Because of the shipping times we can't fully predict the arrival of the item, we recommend to purchase in advance. The item will have to be returned using the return label within 5 days after the arrival.
RENTAL IN BERLIN
Berlin based customers are also welcome to check the available selection online however we recommend dropping by to the showroom to explore as the choice as it may differ.
The same rules will apply and the agreement will have to be signed upon the headpiece pick up. The rental in Berlin is for 3 days but with a chance to prolong. Please make an appointment to discuss and make fittings.
